The Scottish Government made the announcement as part of their programme for government after the opposition parties were united to bring in ‘Frank’s Law’ At the Scottish Conservative party conference in March, Briggs was going to bring in a members bill to implement ‘Frank’s Law’ Brigg will tell us about his involvement with ‘Frank's Law'
