We discuss all things Jon Gruden (1:15) following his leaked emails and swift resignation of head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. Interestingly, these emails were uncovered during an unrelated investigation by a law firm into allegations of sexual harassment and toxic workplace surrounding the Washington Football Team. WFT Owner Dan Snyder, not Jon Gruden, was the subject of that investigation yet we didn’t see a single email about Snyder and a written report was never generated so we don’t know what quite what happened.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the NFL reviewed 650,000 emails during its investigation into the Washington Football Team's workplace culture. Either Jon Gruden had the only offensive emails within the 650,000 or - far more likely - his were the only ones ownership ALLOWED to come out.

Ask yourself why now? Was it to get out from under Jon Gruden’s albatross 10yr / $100M record contract to coach the Raiders until 2028… or did they need a fall guy to try and divert everyone’s attention from the WFT chaos. If owners wanted this kept secret, it would have been.

We analyze the emails, talk about the lawyers involvement, and revisit the allegations against the Washington Football Team which led to these emails in the first place to try and get a better understanding of why they are coming out now.

We then preview the St. Louis Rams Town Hall (29:37) and the latest on the case.
