What if we embraced the mindset that learning is a true superpower? What if we could go beyond the mindset of "Well, I guess I have to learn how to use this platform" or "Yeah, I had to train the team to start using that project management software, ugh."

Not-so-hot-take: When we have the mindset that true learning is a complete drag and we resist it, we are limiting ourselves in every way.

In this episode, we meet with Chad Wooters, CEO of Kairos Talks and entrepreneur. Chad shares his Terrible Leader moment (it's a spicy one!) and how an openness to constantly learning and taking ownership has revolutionized his leadership journey.
