If you've been following along on my journey for awhile, then you likely know that I used to be very much immersed in the 'burnout cycle' way of living. What I mean by this is pushing myself beyond my limits, believing that sacrifice was required for success, and only stopping once I was physically and mentally exhausted. This was then proceeded by some much needed rest, and then I would jump back on the horse, rinse, and repeat. Luckily, I was given the opportunity to hit rock bottom, asking the question, "there has to be more to life than this?" From there, my life started to shift, and I can honestly say that that way of living is a thing of the past. In today's episode, I wanted to share some of the elements that guided me along on this journey, completely shifting the way I live my life from one of fear and frustration, to one of ease and joy. My hope is that you gather even one tip that can help you begin the shift yourself, reminding you that this is not a meaningless world, and that you are in fact, meant to experience joy on this journey called life. Enjoy!
