There was a time in my life where I feeling unloveable was a common emotion. To me, this went hand in hand with not feeling worthy or enough, and looking back, I can see how my reality reflected these thoughts. I honor that version of me, and I know deeply that it lead me on the journey I am on today, where I can say with confidence that I know I am loveable, and that I feel loved first and foremost by myself. In light of celebrating Valentine's Day, which to me is an excuse to share love in any way we choose, not just with a romantic partner, I want to express to you just how loveable you are, even if that feels untrue for you at the moment. My hope is that after you listen, you feel even a glimmer of love for yourself, which then builds into a bright light. You are loveable. I love you.
