This is a special edition episode in honor of the launch of my new coaching program, Connect Back In. The ultimate goal of the 5 week program is to provide you with the tools to connect back in to who you really are so you can slow down and enjoy life while your desires come to fruition. So many of us operate in the burnout cycle, I was one of them, and I am here to be the resource to shift that way of being for you.
