Nicole Staples embarked on a transformative yoga journey in 2017, completing a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Blue Osa in Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rice. Since then she’s been sharing the joy of yoga through personalized Vinyasa sessions, focusing on alignment and body awareness to connect the mind body and spirit. She believes that movement in the body and breath calms the mind. Nicole’s mission is to empower other entreprenuers to discover the transformative power of yoga for a healthier and more fulfilling life and balance between themselves and business!
