Kenneth starts off by explaining the projects and how he approaches them, also providing a little back story into his life. Kenneth and Ian then both talk about the different environments of the public and private sector, how to approach them and what are the possible challenges that await with these sectors. Kenneth then speaks about forecasting and explains what are the problems he sees with many companies and how to get around them. Kenneth then talks more about the entire backstory of him branching out and how a consulting company suddenly branched out into the world of fashion. In the guest outro Kenneth shares his final thoughts about the matter and then invites people to check him out.

Dr. Gembel also earned Ph.D of Industrial Engineering at Wayne State University, where he studied and developed a structured methodology for Tailoring and Deploying Lean Manufacturing Systems.
