The idea of 'flow' is really appealing. It's like smoothly sailing through life without a hitch, a dream many of us wish for. But, only a few have really figured out how to let go of stress and embrace this way of living.

To unlock the secrets of 'flow,' we must first recognise that it exists in a natural rhythm, one harmonious with the very essence of existence. It mirrors the evolution, where life persists and thrives through the unbroken stream of creative intelligence.

So, why do we, as humans, sometimes find it challenging to merge into this flow? The answer lies within ourselves. We introduce resistance into our lives. This resistance begets conflict, confusion, defensiveness, and self-sabotage.

In ancient Vedic wisdom, the key to embodying the flow lies in relinquishing resistance. Left undisturbed, life itself is a continuous stream of creative intelligence.

However, resistance often takes on various forms. It emerges when we voice disagreement or assert our boundaries. It surfaces when self-doubt creeps in, casting shadows on our path. It arises from past traumas, entrenched habits, and the fear of change or the memory of past failures.

While conventional remedies like positive thinking may serve as temporary salves, true transformation requires a more profound internal shift. The root of resistance lies within three powerful illusions, illusion of time, illusion of need that creates the strongest resistance and the illusion of ego. We tend to come to life from perspective of self, of stress and pressure of time and desires which results in ongoing competition, judgement and comparison.

It is quite tiring and exhausting to live our life from stress - fight and flight mode (amygdala mode) and live in resistance. While we can actually LET GO OF those human constructs and can live in kindness and love.

Recognising these illusions is pivotal, but true progress comes from personal introspection and transformation. Transformation is not a one day thing it is sustainable work on ourselves.

It is progress and ongoing work in conscious mind that is leading to true joy and flow.

With love Alex
