Fiona Campbell, CEO of the Association of Scotland's Self-Caterers, joins us again with revelations that while the Scottish government cracks down on self-caterers to release more apartments, it emerges that Edinburgh City Council is sitting on almost 1,500 empty blocks solely meant for the needy. That and how the famed Edinburgh Festival fringe is finished as we know it.
