Charlotte Brown is the kind of person we need in the construction and plant sector, and we need to support people like her, especially when others abuse them in the industry on social media.

In this podcast, host, Peter Haddock talks to Charlotte about why she enjoys working in the industry and how she is supporting the growth of Liugong Direct by actively promoting the brand on social media. One of those posts that she put together involved the picture accompanying this post as we promote it on social media, which led to some disgusting, abusive, sexist and upsetting comments.

Charlotte brings positivity to the industry, and we want to support it and keep her and her other female colleagues pictured in the image in the plant sector.

We hope you enjoy listening to Charlotte and will support her and other women in the industry in the future by sharing this podcast. Thank you, Charlotte, we hope you will have a much more positive experience moving forward.
