This April marks 25 years since the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. Family friend, Carl Wilkens, the only American who chose to stay during the genocide, joins me on this weeks episode. Carl talks about making the decision to say "I'm not leaving", his experience while throughout the genocide, and how the country is doing now 25 years later.
