During an interview between Michael Neef and Gilberto from Maverick Media Lab, they discussed strategies such as retargeting campaigns, drip emails and text messages that can help loan officers maintain relationships with real estate agents while building a Rolodex system for future reference. They also talked about service offered by Maverick Media Lab which helps loan officers get access to those real estate agents so that initial meetings can be set up quickly and efficiently. Finally, it was emphasized that staying on top of calls and appointments is essential for success in the industry; even something as simple as having 3x5 cards filled out after each closing could make all the difference
