As the co-founder of ABC Malls, Fadel's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish "Monuments en Musique" (MeM) in 1998, an initiative that revitalized 45 archaeological sites through 45 concerts featuring young Lebanese artists. After overcoming two life-threatening illnesses in 2012, she channeled her energy into fostering civic awareness and eco-sustainable development in Lebanon through “Fondation Diane”, an organization dedicated to promoting responsible citizenship, environmental sustainability, and education. Her commitment to these causes extends to her role as the chair of the Philosophy and Sustainable Development chair at Saint Joseph University (USJ), where she continues to influence and educate future leaders.
