Not all mothers wear capes… Some wear suits, maybe sweats, maybe a t-shirt and jeans. Mine was dressed in a police uniform. Most importantly, she’s dressed in the protection of God with her heart made of gold on her sleeve to complement it.
God-fearing and selfless, my mom has always been a favorite amongst the masses. To know my mother is to know that she has the loudest laugh in the room, the most humble soul, the most witty personality, and a sense of humor no one could ever touch. I’m honored that God chose her to be mine, and I’m even more honored to share my platform with her.
