Our Countdown2Kickoff Road2Tampa series continues with the Washington Huskies... The Petersen Era is in its 3rd year, 15 returning starters back from the best 7-6 squad in the nation. The youngster had their growing pains but Jake Browning and Myles Gaskins showed glimpses of promise that have Husky Nation thinking Rose Bowl. Despite the loses of NFL talent, the defense aka 'Death Row' was dominant last season and little drop off is expected due to Huskies All Conference secondary. Are the Huskies ready or are they a year away from being a year away Each day we grow closer to week 1 and each we grow closer to several unfortunate coaches last day on the job.
