The Supreme Court heard a major battle between First Amendment rights and LGBTQ protections this month. Lorie Smith, the plaintiff in the case fighting for her free speech rights, and her attorney Kristen Waggoner of Alliance Defending Freedom joined Alex Swoyer to comment on the oral arguments. Mike Davis, a former clerk to Justice Neil M.
