In this episode, I’m joined by Alexandria Kenyon - soul translator, psychic medium, rewilding photographer and spiritual development mentor here to help people anchor their higher selves into present time.

In this potent and information packed conversation, I pick Alexandria’s brain about nervous system regulation and how we can begin to apply poly-vagal theory in a practical way to regulate ourselves and return to a state of optimum functioning. We discuss the three different nervous system states, how to recognise them, and how to return ourselves back to optimum nervous system function after we’ve hit an extreme.

We also discuss karmic relationships, Saturn returns, and some of the things we’ve both been through on our healing journeys - as we always seem to be riding the same wave!
