In this episode I bring on Create Beautifully's first GUIDE, Sarah Scarborough, aka the Tea Huntress. I had a profound experience in December 2021 sitting at my first ever tea ceremony, led by the Tea Huntress herself. Ever since then, I've added tea to my lineup of ways to ground, to learn to receive and to heal. (And also to simply feel warm and cozy, which is highly important.)
