Today’s episode is part 2 of Ellen being joined by returning guest Emma Newlyn discussing all things nutrition, stress and burnout. In this episode Emma dives more deeply into specific vitamins that can support our ability to deal with stress, and feel less stressed.
Emma is a naturopathic health coach, yoga teacher, holistic therapist & writer. She specialises in blending ancient wisdom and modern wellness in her Whole Health consultations and coaching with clients, as well as leading educational courses teaching others how to bring Ayurveda, TCM and the latest in modern health science into their lives and professional work.
Emma runs online courses, in-person women's retreats and workshops, and Co-leads The Movement 200hr yoga teacher training programme based in Sussex, UK.
