Caroline currently runs over 15 childcare settings in the UK, leading a team of 75 childcare experts and helping over 500 children a day.

The foundation runs a delivery food bank to various homes across London. In addition to this, the foundation supports startup businesses with seed funding and has provided bursaries for several young people to get into higher education.
