A) We've packaged our services into products We call this the 'Amazonification' of clients expectations. People expect to be able to research products online, know how much they cost, and how other customers liked it. We are catering to that expectation by packaging what used to be ambivalent creative services like "design" and "photography" into clear products with transparent pricing. You can view our products here.
B) We've focused on a specific industry. Targeting relevant clients is increasingly difficult as people get blasted with generic marketing messages every day. We chose to focus on 'fitness lifestyle' to help us create better products (see above) built in a step-by-step process. Instead of having to re-invent the wheel with each new client, we're able to use established methods that let us move faster and guarantee results. We've chosen four verticals to focus on: Apparel & lifestyle Nutrition & supplements Wearables & tech Gym & training
C) We're a could-based studio We hire a 100% remote freelance workforce, allowing us to expand our client base to all of the U.S and Canada, and potentially the world. By hiring freelancers that aren't bound by location, it opens us up to better talents and allows us to staff based on actual projects in the pipeline rather than an estimated annual revenue. This cloud-based model gives us the freedom to work quickly, from any location, and with very little overhead. If you're interested in working with us, please reach out here.
