As you transition into your encore career, it's crucial to approach your goals with deliberate and purposeful action. Taking a step back and considering what will bring you long-term fulfillment and purposeful work is a key element of an encore career.

In this latest interview, Bryan Gillette, founder of Summiting Group, shares his extensive knowledge on leadership and organizational development. With over 25 years of experience in executive and senior-level positions in both small and large companies, Bryan provides valuable insights on how to achieve peak performance and elevate your career to the next level.

An ultramarathoner, Bryan has completed several physically and mentally challenging ultra-distance endurance events, including running 205 miles around Lake Tahoe. Additionally, Bryan has stood on the summits of many mountains, harnessing his physical strength to overcome seemingly insurmountable challenges.

We'll talk about:

  • Bryan talked about his book and the 100 interviews he did
  • The need to have a “big why” in life
  • The need to have priorities and the need to say “No.”
  • His framework for being deliberate about achieving big things
  • How with the right mindset, you can achieve things you once thought impossible
