As a leader, you must never become complacent. Rather, you should always be on a journey of growth and development. It is your responsibility to continue learning new skills for the rest of your career and even for the rest of your life.

The way to do this is by creating a personal learning plan. In this episode, I am teaching you how to do that.

Five books have helped me incredibly in creating this learning plan. They have not only increased my skill set but also taught me how to become a better learner. Today I am going to talk through the biggest lessons and applications from each of those books.

If you will take these concepts and put them into practice, you will begin to develop great new habits that will make you the best leader you have ever been and equip you to keep growing for the rest of your life.

We'll dive deeper into these concepts:

  • How triggers, habits, and structures impact our leadership.
  • How habits shape us.
  • The 4 steps to implementing strong habits.
  • What deep work is.
  • The 10 principles of rapid skill acquisition.
  • How to make learning effortless.
  • Daily questions to ask yourself for personal growth.
