The Brain Didn’t Evolve – A Psychiatrist Explains Why
Manage episode 443354190 series 3602085
How did the human brain (or any other kind of brain, for that matter) come to be? Most people are so used to hearing that ALL the wonders of biology are the product of evolution, that they don’t stop to ponder the details. Is ‘unguided evolution’ a reasonable scientific explanation for the origin of the stunningly complex, inextricably integrated, and apparently over-engineered human brain? Or is ‘design’, in fact, a more reasonable conclusion, based on the evidence?
Join psychiatrist, Dr Dianne Grocott, for a fascinating discussion of the grey matter that enables creationists and evolutionists alike to ponder anything at all.
