In this episode I am sharing bits of the conversation from my official podcast launch party held virtually on 1/11/2024, the first new moon of the year! I share my journey into the podcasting world, inspired by a need for knowledge and connection. The vision to create a virtual gathering, conceived five years ago, has finally materialized into the "Creative Minds Brilliant Life" podcast.
Recognizing music as a potent form of creativity, we discussed its ability to alter mindsets and states of being. A soul-soothing sound bath and meditation session unfolded, emphasizing the universal quest for inspiration. Creatives and non-creatives alike search for that feeling of being in their fullest expression, a theme we'll explore throughout the podcast.
A deep dive into the dictionary definition of inspiration uncovered intriguing facets. Merriam Webster's definition illuminated inspiration as a mentally stimulating, and divine process, in addition to being a term used for taking in breath, a theme that will also echo through our podcast conversations.
