Ghia - This isn’t a show about New Year’s resolutions. Instead, it’s about " walking deliberately with Jesus Christ.” For the next two years, while Judy is on her mission in South Africa, I plan to deliberately (or more deliberately than I’ve done in the past) do these things—
1. Scripture study, journaling, prayer, meditation as well as selected secular reading and study
2. Minister to the little community around my home and hopefully to my podcast listeners
3. Grow closer to the natural world and live seasonally
4. Build a house with my fabulous man. And
5. Care for my body, mind and spirit with good food, herbs, water and of course by actually walking
