As I’ve mentioned before, one of my main goals with this podcast is to share as many tools as possible to support you with tapping into your peak creative potential. Today’s conversation will be all about one of the most potent tools that I’ve discovered on my own journey of tapping deeper and deeper into my creativity.

That tool is Neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a form of biofeedback which allows you to train different brainwaves and optimize the self-regulation of your brain.

In today’s episode I share a fascinating conversation with Elena Arici who is a Psychologist and Neurofeedback Specialist. She runs her own Neurofeedback practice, called Lernwerk, with two locations in the Zürich area. I’ve been training with Elena and her team for the past 8 months and have experienced amazing results: I’m able to focus for much longer periods of time (which has allowed me to tap into deeper & longer creative flow states!), I sleep better, experience less anxiety and the training has also supported me on my journey of healing a chronic pain experience.

Neurofeedback is an amazing tool that I feel should be much more widely known. So I’m delighted to share this conversation with Elena today, who is a true expert in the field.

Some of the things we talk about are:

  • What Neurofeedback is and how it works
  • Who can benefit from Neurofeedback
  • Neuromeditation (an exciting new area of Neurofeedback!)
  • How Neurofeedback can support the creative process
  • Possible side effects you might experience during training
  • Tips for finding a Neurofeedback practitioner if you don’t live in Zürich
  • Additional practices that can optimize your brain function

Elena has such a wealth of information and insight to share. Enjoy this fascinating conversation!
