I’m still celebrating launching the podcast ranking #37 in the Marketing charts on Apple Podcasts! Today, I want to dive into the strategic approach I took… Trust me, it's not as daunting as it sounds!
First things first, I had a solid launch plan in place. I knew that listener engagement and reviews were key factors in climbing the podcast charts. So, I made it a priority to connect with my audience right from the start. I encouraged them to leave reviews, share their thoughts, and even suggest topics they'd like me to cover. By actively engaging with my listeners, I was able to build a loyal community right off the bat.
