Rick and Dr Sarah are joined by Amanda Thompson. We talk about that transition to parenthood, the first few weeks with your new baby and how things don't always go as planned. We discuss baby blues, postnatal depression, managing a crying baby, witching hour, the first bath, infant feeding, baby vomits and there is more talk about baby poo! Amanda is a co-founder of Bundle Antenatal group and has two sets of twins. So really does know how to handle a crying baby!
This episode comes as Rick's baby is three months old and he's going through a rough time with sleep. Get it while you can.
