James Worley
Manage episode 443465380 series 2916567
In 1995, 19-year-old Tabitha Guth vanished in Toledo, Ohio, only to be found murdered a month later. At the time, investigators struggled to find solid leads, and the case went cold. However, when authorities began to connect the dots with a string of similar unsolved murders from the 1980s, a disturbing pattern emerged. Many of the victims were young women whose bodies had been found just miles away from where James Worley, a man with a dark history of violence against women, lived. Worley’s eventual arrest in 2016 for the abduction and brutal murder of Sierah Joughin raised unsettling questions. In part one of our two-part series, we dive into James Worley's twisted life, exploring his potential involvement in multiple cold cases and how his capture for Joughin’s murder finally exposed his deadly past. Join us as we examine the grim possibility that Worley's trail of terror began long before he was ever brought to justice.
