Sarah Boone calls 911, telling the operator that she and her boyfriend were playing and she fell asleep. When she woke up the next morning Jorge Torres, Jr. was was dead inside a suitcase, but that isn’t exactly true. Although it's not known know how Sarah Boone talked her 42-year-old boyfriend Jorge Torres, jr into getting into a suitcase, we do know she zipped him up inside and wouldn’t let him out, no matter how much he pleaded. We know this because Boone herself video the incident with her phone and taunted Torres when he said he couldn’t breath, begging to be let out.

Boone says the couple had been drinking a bottle of wine and then decided to play hide and seek. We know through court records that Torrez had been in the suitcase for about 3 hours when Boone says she fell asleep, waking very late the next day. Boone says she then remembered Torrez in the suit case. She says she pulled him out, his body was purple and then tried to do CPR. We also know however she called her ex husband before she made the 911 call .

Boone, 46, is now charged with second-degree murder in Jorge Torres death, expected to go to trial 0ctober 7. One of the biggest issues in preparing for trial is that the Boone has not been able to keep an attorney. Eight attorneys have walked away due to difficulties working with their client. A judge told Boone she had to represent her, but now a 9th attorney has stepped up to represent her. Attorney James Owens asked the just for a continuance, to prep for Boone’s defense. The judge denied that request.
