Important legislative update from John Shea, http://www.johnashea.com/, who discusses the recent proposals contained in HB 5785 and SB 1054. Shea, an Ann Arbor attorney, is Chairman of CDAM's Rules and Laws Committee and during this show, he updates CDAM members on People v Cunningham and legislation designed to "fix" Cunningham by permitting courts to assess general costs to cover wages, supplies and overhead through court costs.
