Rick Stoops serves as the pastor of First United Pentecostal Church of Augusta, Maine for over 40 years. He has served as the Superintendent of the Maine District of United Pentecostal Church International for 26 years, and now serves as the Executive Presbyter of the Northeast Region of the UPCI.
