Jesus really could have used a PR team. He could have used a proof reader who would screen his messages to avoid possible misunderstandings, and a press agent to put positive spin on his challenging statements, and a consultant in political correctness. He didn’t have any of that. He didn’t want any of that. This series is called the “Shocking Statements of Jesus” because many of the things Jesus said were…shocking. They were then. They are now. We will look at some of these together and see what we can learn from… “The Shocking Statements of Jesus.”
