- Coach Joe Philbin - former Miami Dolphin Coach, brought in as the O-Line Coach.
- Andre Johnson left and has now been a part of 3 of the 4 AFC South Teams…?
- Even though he had a bad year in 2015, Dwayne Allen resigning is big especially with Coby Fleener fleeing off to N'Awlins
They will need softmore wide receiver Phillip Dorsett to make the largest contribution, and with and aging (33) Frank Gore who knows if he can continue to be relied on as heavily.
Jacksonville Jaguars:
Coach Gus Bradley and GM David Caldwell made a splash at the draft selecting 2 defensive juggernauts to their roster:
- Jalen Ramsey at CB and Myles Jack at ILB.

- Former Superbowl champion DT Malik Jackson from the Broncos
I think the Jaguars have built an amazing core group. With the new additions and with Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson who only keep improving and the Blake Bortles leadership, the Jaguars are a team to look out for in 2016.

NEW Coach Mike Mularkey (Former TE Coach) takes over for Mike Munchak…a tale of 2 mikes? Haha
Biggest offseason moves:
- DeMarco Murray (PHI) who is coming off his WORST campaign at RB
- Matt Cassel from DAL
- WR Rishard Matthews (MIA)
They traded their No1. Pick to CLE and ended up with the 8th pick. They ended up taking Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan.

Atlanta Falcons:
Coach Dan Quinn
Last year the Falcons started out of the gates looking like they meant business…new Coach Dan Quinn was looking like the savior who was going to take the Falcons to the playoffs and deliver some WINS!.... HOLD UP… after winning 6 of their first 7 games, the Falcons started to deteriorate, and ended up losing the next 6…thus eliminating their chances of going to the playoffs for the 3rd year in a row.
Biggest offseason moves:
- Mohamed Sanu from CIN
- QB Matt Shaub to back up Matty Ice
- Roddy White leaves the Falcons as a UFA
I don't see the Falcons being competitive in this division this year…I think they have way more additions to make…notably at the WR position. I don't think Sanu will make much of a difference.
Carolina Panthers:
Coach Ron Rivera, Cam Newton and the Panthers can't wait to DAB their way into this season so they can forget about their Superbowl Loss to the Broncos…
I think Luke Keuchly was ROBBED of the Most Valuable Defensive Player award in 2015.
Biggest offseason moves:
- Josh Norman leaves for the Redskins
- Jared Allen rode off in the sunset on Twitter
- Big draft pick adding to their already deep lineup of DT's Vernon Butler was taken 30th overall.
I think the Panthers will win this division for a 3rd year. They have the talent and the swagger to make it happen,.
New Orleans Saints:
Coach Sean Payton enters his 11th season as head coach of the Saints.
Biggest offseason moves:
- TE Coby Fleener from IND will take over where Ben Watson left off….
- Drew Brees likes his Tight Ends and will probably look to Fleener early and often…
- Brandon Browner went back to Seattle
- Resigings of RB Travis Cadet and Tim Hightower (who I think will emerge as the No. 1 back)
- Marques Colston RETIRED
- Michael Thomas a big time 2nd round pick
I think the Saints are going to have a tough time in this division this year. If they don't make the playoffs, expect this to be Sean Payton's last season as coach of the Saints.
Their issue is that they haven't really developed a QB that will be ready to lead the Saints post Drew Brees….
Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
NEW Coach Dirk Koetter (Former OC for TB) takes over for Lovie Smith
He also brought in former HC from ATL, Mike Smith to run the defense.
Biggest offseason moves:
- Retaining DOUG MARTIN was KEY…
- G JR Sweezy from Seattle, who was a DL turned OL as a Tom Gable experiment that WORKED…
- DE Robert Ayers from NYG.
- DRAFTED: 11th Overall - Vernon Hargreaves CB - FLA
I think the BUCS will be much improved this season, with some outstanding play by Mike Evans and Doug Martin and with a much leaner and stronger Jameis Winston, look at the Bucs to surprise this division with a 10 win season.
