These cryptid creatures could originate as far back as the 1950's, however it is the first published encounter from 1996 that we will explorer. As well as a quick dash over to Vermont to dive into the story of a young couple who actually let them in to their home. Listeners from the UK will be pleased to know that the legend has an origin here too and of course we dive deep into that and how it has taken on a more sinister history.
