In this episode, we're speaking with Christina Disler, the founder of Werklab co-working space in Vancouver which is all about wellness and is also the founder of The Werk which is a digital publication with amazing content about shifting work culture towards wellness and wellbeing.

Christina has been on a really interesting journey herself and combines her background in HR with her passion and experience in wellness and spirituality to show how interconnected our work lives are with ourselves as people and souls on a planet.

We speak with Christina about all things work culture, creating workspaces that foster wellness, and how spirituality, sexuality, and sustainability impact and influence our work lives as well as the type of work that we are doing.

This interview is coming out at a really interesting time in the world. With everything that is happening in the world because of the coronavirus, there is a lot of time to reflect on work, our purpose, why we do what we do, how our work makes us feel. So I hope this is a helpful episode for anyone who is feeling a shift in their work at the moment. We are also going to be putting out some bonus content later this week with Christina about working from home and how to ensure we stay well.
