Elizet Villarreal started going to the gym at 17 years old as senior in high school. She fell in love with the weights and how it could transform her body. When she was 21 a lady approached her at the gym and asked she'd train her. She said yes and got certified and her clientele grew and grew. She absolutely loved every aspect of personal training. The relationship she formed with each client and the transformation & confidence she saw in her clients was truly the best feeling ever.
