Deutschland-Down Under Berliner Weisse Culmination’s Oregon Brewers Festival Beer --The Culmination Back Bar Podcast In this short episode of the Culmination Back Bar Podcast we are talking about Deutschland-Down Under Berliner Weisse, the beer that Culmination will have at the 2016 Oregon Brewers Festival. This beer was made with 100’s of lbs. of kiwi fruit and both Topaz Hops and Hüll Melon Hops. We started brewing here at Culmination in May of 2015 long after the deadline for the 2015 OBF had passed. This was the first year that we applied to OBF and we are honored to be able to have one of our beers being poured at the Oregon Brewers Festival.
