In this episode, I spend a few minutes with Josh Berman who heads up Employee Experience at Culture Amp, discussing work life balance.
The conversation was started after Josh commented on how some broadcasters were praising a football coach for his dedication, based on the amount of time he spent at the office. From this place, we take a look at how passion and commitment show up when it comes to work as well as the larger signals we send based on what we do, and don't praise.
