Justin and Kandace continue their series of using themes from the cult-classic tv comedy 'Freaks and Geeks' to compare their own high school experiences with each other. In part two of this multi-episode discussion, we talk about:

  • Getting alcoholic drinks from bars before we were 21
  • The fleeting friendships of high school
  • The cringe of young love
  • Trust and boundaries with parents
  • Balancing staying yourself with wanting to fit in
  • Prank calling and getting into trouble
  • The embarrassing styles of our teenage years
  • Difficult home life
  • The anxiety of firsts in teenage dating and pushing through

This is a time period in our lives we don't know a lot about and we use plot points in the show as a jumping off point to discuss high school. We will be back with part three on a few weeks and will have even more great topics to chat about.

If you like this episode, make sure to check out others and give us a thumbs up, rating, or whatever method of showing appreciation your platform offers.
