Curious Conversations: A Podcast for Kids by Kids

On this episode of Curious Conversations we talk to Lisa Freeman and we talk a lot about mental health. How have you been feeling as a kid during the pandemic? We chat with Lisa about how both the pandemic and normal things affect the mental health of kids and adults. Lisa also gives us tips on how kids can stay positive and mentally healthy and we talk about what you can do if you are feeling down. We also made time to talk about lots of different sports and athletics!

Lisa is a Health and Wellness professional who is passionate about living a healthy active lifestyle. She has co-authored a book called Self-Love Club Vol. 2 and recently created an online wellness community for local moms. She is our PE teacher and as a teacher she inspires her young students to develop healthy habits.
