Our bodies hold memories from the past. They hold within them all the experiences and emotions that we weren’t capable of moving through as children. These unprocessed energies stay and become heaviness, pain even disease.

To understand this deeper, Yael Ginzburg speaks with Dr. Elizabeth Letchford, a scientist turned spiritual seeker and healer. Liz came from a background of sports medicine, with a PhD in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science. While treating patients and her own discomforts, she started noticing another layer that wasn’t being attended to. In this episode she shares her insights and journey of healing disease in the body through movement.

Topics covered:

  • Deciphering the inner voice and the competing motivations
  • Allowing energy to move
  • Balancing the nervous system
  • Giving place for emotion
  • Expressing Universal Archetypes within
