Despite the continued efforts of dedicated open government campaigners, transparency advocates and reformers, just 3% of public procurement records are published openly. Lindsey talks about the importance of stepping up efforts through practical actions that can be taken, to improve transparency in public procurement - one of the largest global markets with an estimated value of US$13 trillion per annum.
