This event will coincide with the release of a new CSIS/McAfee report on the state of cybercrime in 2018. This is the third report on the cost of cybercrime that CSIS has done with McAfee (“The Economic Impact of Cybercrime,” 2013, and “Net Losses,” 2014). Our latest report finds that cybercrime is relentless, undiminished, and unlikely to stop. Join us for a discussion on the report findings, trends and challenges related to the proliferation of cybercrime, and what governments, industry, and technology users can do to deter cyber criminals and improve the security of the ecosystem.

A light breakfast will be provided beginning at 8:00 a.m. The discussion will begin at 8:30 a.m.

This event is made possible with support from McAfee Inc.
