MY PERFECT DAY

  • Wake up at 5am (certainty)
  • Meditate (significance, uncertainty)
  • Spend time with my dogs (Love & Connection)
  • Do some yoga (significance)
  • Feed my horses and dogs and spend time with them (love & Connection Contribution)
  • Come and in and Read for 20-30mins (growth)
  • Work (contribution, growth, significance, uncertainty)
  • Feed the horses and dogs again (love and connection & Contribution)
  • Eat dinner with family with no distraction (love and connection)
  • Spend more time with family and RELAX (significance, love & connection, uncertainty)
  • Be in bed by 9:30 pm (certainty)
