In any form of dance and movement, training is a way of life. You have to work your body, whether by external advisers or by yourself. While it is natural for training to impose a level of discomfort, when do we say it's time for our body to rest?

In this episode of Dance to Heal, Jenny is joined by her son, Daniel Rei Cohen as they talk about his experiences growing up with elite sports, gymnastics, and dance, and their mental, physical and emotional challenges.
