It is important to close one chapter of our lives before starting a new chapter. Many of us bring others into our current situations without healing from past relationships. We then fall into entanglements , situationships, etc. and it's not fair to the new individual. We must allow ourselves time to be alone, regain focus, and relearn ourselves while healing takes place.
