De zesde aflevering van het EYE Filmcafé, het maandelijkse en gratis toegankelijke live magazine van VPRO’s De Avonden in samenwerking met het Amsterdamse filminstituut EYE. De jonge scenariste Anne Barnhoorn komt praten over haar vak, naar aanleiding van de nieuwe tragikomedie De ontmaagding van Eva van End. Verder spreekt Floortje Smit met ex-reclamemaker en regisseur Johan Kramer over de Pablo Larrain-film NO. Lotje IJzermans spreekt met regisseur Diederik Ebbinge en acteur Ton Kas over de nieuwe Nederlandse filmMatterhorn, en Cult Corner-hoofdredacteur Ronald Simons vertelt over de film Two Lane Blacktop, uit 1971, die onlangs op Blue Ray verscheen. Muziek is er van Royal Parks en natuurlijk sluit columniste Stine Jensen de uitzending af. EYE Filmcafé wordt ’s middags opgenomen, elke tweede vrijdag van de maand, van 16.30 tot 17.30 in EYE te Amsterdam, en is gratis toegankelijk.
